Jacob Sauermilch is a Berlin-based cinematographer working in fiction and non-fiction films, commercials and music videos.

With a background in design and photography, he pursued his passion for cinematography by studying at the renowned Filmuniversity Babelsberg Konrad Wolf. There he honed his lighting skills and parallelly gained invaluable experience working as a gaffer for top brands.

In 2022 Jacob graduated with his film earning high acclaim and awards at prestigious film festivals worldwide like Sundance and Berlinale.
